Zero Carbs Chicken Nuggets

This is a copycat ChickFila Nugget recipe without the carbs! This version is cooked in the air-fryer, making it so much lighter than the fried version. Zero Carbs Chicken Nuggets with Pork Rind Crumbs is sure to please even the pickiest eaters.


  • 1 pack of boneless chicken breast tenders
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • What's Crackalackin Pork Rind Crumbs
  • What's Crackalackin All-Purpose Seasoning

Preparation & Assemble:

  • season both sides of the chicken breast with the seasoning (marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour prior to cooking)
  • Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces
  • preheat your air-fryer to 400F degrees
  • Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, and coat into the pork crumbs
  • repeat the steps until all the chicken nuggets are coated

Let's Get Air-Frying:

  • preheat the air fryer to 400F degrees (or according to your air fryer's manual)
  • place the chicken breast on the cooking tray and bake for 8 minutes each side
  • If you are deep frying: 400 F 10 min or until golden

Zero Carbs Chicken Nuggets with Pork Rind Crumbs come out golden and crispy as if it was fried. The best part is that it is zero grams of carbs per serving and oh so tasty!  Serve it with your favorite dipping sauce.
