Zero Carbs Chicken Tenders

Who doesn't love Chicken Tenders? This version is baked in the air-fryer, making it so much lighter than the fried version. Zero Carbs Chicken Tenders with Pork Rind Crumbs is sure to please even the pickiest eaters. 
  • 1 pack of boneless chicken breast tenders 
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • What's Crackalackin Pork Rind Crumbs 
  • What's Crackalackin All-Purpose Seasoning 

Preparation & Assemble:

  • season both sides of the chicken breast with the seasoning (marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour prior to cooking) 
  • preheat your air-fryer to 400F degrees
  • dip one chicken tenders into the beaten eggs, draining the excess off to the side of the bowl
  • coat with pork crumbs 
  • repeat the steps until all the chicken tenders are coated
 Let's Get Air-Frying:
  • preheat the air fryer to 400F degrees (or according to your air fryer's manual)
  • place the chicken breast on the cooking tray and bake for 5 minutes each side
